Every corporate order, gift box or hamper we deliver reinvests 100% of its profit into the MacsMAD (Macaroons that Make A Difference) programme, which as of July 2026 has now supported 320 graduates in Birmingham through our holistic employability training.

The Fairer Futures Programme in Walsall
Our flagship All Rise Partnership, The Fairer Futures Programme, is delivered in partnership with OurCoop (The Midcounties Co-operative) at their Walsall town centre store. Since launching in 2023, the programme has helped over 30 young people in Walsall secure employment, with an 88% job success rate among participants and 61% being first-time employees.
The Fairer Futures Programme won Community Programme of the Year in 2024, recognising its impact on young people and the local Walsall community. Its success is driving plans to expand the All Rise Partnership model into new sectors.
