“Partnering with Miss Macaroon has enabled us to use our Walsall store in new ways that can positively impact the local community and contribute to a brighter, fairer future for all. Through The Fairer Futures Programme we want to empower struggling young people, removing the barriers to employment and deliver genuine social value for the community.
Here’s what local businesses say
“She has become an integral part of the team and we love working with her. She has become a true asset. Nothing is too much trouble, she is always willing to learn something new, work through deliveries and complete changeovers. I only have good things to say!” – Your Co-op, New Invention, Willenhall
For the benefit of local employers
A central aim of the programme is to create a pool of motivated and confident individuals graduating from the programme, ready to do great work for local businesses.
As an employer, you’ll benefit from trained graduates who can provide unique perspectives and will make a positive impact in your organisation.
At the same time, by offering opportunities for employment, you’ll also be giving back to the community around you and ultimately help to create a fairer and brighter future for young people in Walsall.
Become a Pathway Employer with The Fairer Futures Programme
How it works
If you sign up to our ‘Partnership Pathway’, you will commit to guaranteeing interviews for any open job roles to participants graduating The Fairer Futures Programme.
As usual, it is still encouraged that the best person interviewed will fill the role but this process ensures that our graduates have a chance to secure employment, put their interview skills into action and network with local businesses.
