Favourite Macaroon Flavour: While I’m allergic to macaroons, my favourite "flavour" of Miss Macaroon is seeing the joy they bring to others—especially the multicoloured box set.
Favourite Thing About Your Role: My day job involves quickly improving operations in challenging situations, from driving revenue growth to achieving cost savings. I enjoy applying this rigour (at a slower pace) with the team to help Miss Macaroon grow sustainably, combining profitability with a wonderful purpose.

Ranjit Dhindsa
Ranjit holds a number of executive and non-executive roles: she is a member of the executive team at European Law Firm Fieldfisher, leader of a business unit and Birmingham office leader, and an ambassador for Women on Boards, trustee of a theatre and special advisor to Miss Macaroon. Formerly, Ranjit was a member of Aston University Council and sat on its Risk and Audit committee.
