Miss Macaroon was first featured in Birmingham Mail and Birmingham Post in June 2011.

“A young pastry chef from Birmingham has launched her own social enterprise producing macaroons – and orders have started flocking in.

‘Rosie Ginday has already secured orders from the Chameleon bar and restaurant in the city centre and an American-themed bakery and is now setting her sights on targeting food fairs, fashion events and prestigious retailers like Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.”
