NEW COLLABORATION: Miss Macaroon X Just-Ice

Miss Macaroon is no stranger to collaborating with other social enterprise businesses on a number of occasions throughout the year.

As 2021 marked the 10 year anniversary of Miss Macaroon, for the August collaboration, we have decided to work with a brilliant family-run social enterprise – Just Ice!

The Just-Ice Story

Gav and Sally Murray began making homemade Ice Cream in 1999 as they received an ice cream maker as a gift. Their dream was to have a social enterprise by creating and selling ice cream.

Gav and Sally found their passion, and began to think of ways they could implement Just-Ice in a business that could help those who have survived human trafficking and child soldiers. Through hard work, commitment and the support from their friends and family, Just-Ice helps create opportunities for survivors and gives them hope for the future. The Just-Ice Milford café provides a beautiful selection of freshly, handmade ice cream as well as other delectable beverages and snacks. Just-Ice core values are ‘Freedom, fairness, fun and friendship’

What are the Miss Macaroon X Just-Ice products?

There are delicious Ice Cream Macaroons to offer in both of the Miss Macaroon stores in Birmingham (Great Western Arcade and also, the brand new Resorts World store)

The flavours are as follows…

Silky Chocolate

Silky chocolate is organic fairtrade 70% chocolate melted and stirred into our creamy base to make the most divine chocolate experience. This is the real thing.

Salted Caramel

Salted caramel is our fairtrade vanilla base with our homemade salted caramel sauce swirled through. One of our best sellers.

Vegan Raspberry

Vegan Raspberry made from raspberry puree and baobab fruit pulp (Baobab is an African tree in case you’re wondering!) –  which is exclusively available at the Resorts World store!
