MISS MACAROON IN ‘BUSINESS LEADER’

Miss Macaroon receives funding boost from John Lewis Partnership’s Community Investment Fund .

The Birmingham based Social Enterprise has received funding in honour of its services to the local community. The grant, a total of £150,000, was awarded by the John Lewis Partnership’s Community Investment Fund. It will be used to pay the wages of recent and future graduates of Miss Macaroon’s employability schemes, including the MacsMAD (Macaroons that make a Difference) programme.

The company, founded by CEO Rosie Ginday MBE, celebrates its 10th birthday this month.
