Tiffany and Johnnie pass first time!
Our MacsMAD trainees, Tiffany and Johnnie have passed their Food Hygiene level 2 qualification! We are so proud of how far they have come and their success.

To achieve this Tiffany and Johnnie had to learn sicknesses and its causes and symptoms, kitchen hazards and different contaminants, They also needed to understand temperatures such as boiling and freezing points, personal hygiene and how to safely clean kitchen and store cleaning products.

“I enjoyed the test as I knew what I was doing, it felt great to pass the qualification because I know it will have a knock on effect on most career choices I’ve got in mind. My end goal is to own my own cake store, but before this I would like to become a Commis Chef” Tiffany Murrain
