Ginday highlighted the potential for construction businesses to address skills shortages through social impact programmes like Miss Macaroon's All Rise Partnerships. The initiative helps young people overcome employment barriers by providing confidence and skills training.
West Midlands Mayor Richard Parker supported the mission, stressing the significance of investing in youth opportunities. Participants discussed incorporating social value into business strategies, with some companies already linking social impact to personal performance indicators.
