Miss Macaroon in 'All Post News'

Miss Macaroon marked its 14th anniversary by celebrating a major milestone, with 24 graduates from its MacsMAD and Fairer Futures Programme, bringing the total to 254. Founded by Rosie Ginday with £500, the Birmingham-based social enterprise reinvests all profits into youth employment. The MacsMAD course supports unemployed 19–35-year-olds with skills in catering, retail, and business, alongside counseling and job preparation. Success stories include ZeeZee, who became a junior baker and mentor, and Ahzar, who secured his first job. With new funding, Miss Macaroon aims to expand its impact further in 2025.
