Christmas Delivery on a Next day Courier service

All Christmas orders will be dispatched on the 20th of December and the courier will attempt delivery on the 21st or 22nd unless otherwise requested during the checkout process by inputting a date in the ‘Notes to Kitchen’ box or selecting ‘Calendar Date Delivery’ and selecting your requested date from the drop down calendar on the billing page.

Orders are delivered the next day anytime between 8.00am and 6.00pm by Fedex across England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. Due to considerable volume in the courier network we can’t guarantee Christmas delivery for orders received after the 20th of December.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Guernsey, the Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands or the Scottish Highlands.

Gift deliveries

As most of our orders are gifts we do not include invoices as standard. You can include a gift message by selecting gift card during the checkout process.

What allergens do your macaroons contain?

All of our macaroons contain almonds and eggs. The buttercream based macaroons contain butter. The chocolate ganache based macaroons contain soya in the chocolate.

We have some flavours containing pistachios and peanuts. Although we take every precaution to keep ingredients and macaroon flavours separate including a full clean down between producing flavours we cannot guarantee that there won’t be traces of these nuts.

None of our macaroon flavours contain any gluten or gelatine.

How long do the macaroons last?

Our macaroons last for seven days at ambient temperature. You can put them in the fridge for up to six weeks, but do make sure to take them out 20 minutes before eating to get back to the right texture.

Storage: store at 1c – 5c for seven week shelf life and remove 20 minutes before eating to come to room temperature. Store at ambient temperature for seven day shelf life.
