This year Miss Macaroon is excited to announce that we have decided to incorporate the new position of special advisor to support our board of non-executive directors and Managing Director Rosie Ginday!
We are extremely grateful to be able to introduce the following people to the position of pro bono special advisor.
Gemma Noble
Gemma is the managing director at Lid Project, a sales agency company in Birmingham.
Sam Marchant
Sam is the managing director of Columba, a company specialising in the procurement of agency services. Gemma and Sam will be working closely together to create a new sales position at Miss Macaroon.
Amy Maclean
Amy works at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospitals as both a Network Senior Project Manager and as a Childbirth Educator. Amy is supporting us with the governance surrounding taking on volunteers.
Fajli Bibi
Fajli is the chief executive of Fast Transformation Consultancy. She is working particularly closely on our new enterprise project, the Pickles Project.
Doug Wright is a franchisee of 20 McDonalds restaurants, he employs over 2000 people locally. Doug is supporting our trainees, and us to achieve growth and scale.
Anita Bhalla is chair of a multitude of organisations across the West Midlands. She had a 26-year media career with the BBC. Using her background in media, Anita is helping on the enterprise project to advise on recording stories of trainees.
Chris Lowe is a lead solutions Engineer at Salesforce. He will be helping Miss Macaroon on customer journeys and sales process development.
Phil Culshaw is the director at Nutrabolt, a sports nutrition company based in America. Phil will be an adviser in the food industry.
