How to Access Loyalty Points

For customers to access their loyalty points, they must create an account on Miss Macaroon. Once they are logged in, they can choose the second option from the bottom on the left column, ‘Loyalty and Rewards’. 

From here, their current account balance of loyalty points will be listed at the top of the Flat Rate Point System.

Flat Rate Points

There are a number of ways for customers to earn points, with the vast majority of them earned through purchasing macaroons through the website, which can be used during the checkout. 

Certain purchases have set loyalty points (such as Pantone Brand Towers, for example), but other orders are tiered on a £10 = 10 point basis. Additionally, we also have incentives to earn points through social media which you can keep up to date on through our Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
