Fajli Bibi joined as a Special Adviser in June 2019 after her excellent chairing of our pilot programme the Pickles Project, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. This project supported women from a Pakistani or Bangladeshi background to work through business plans, set up their own business and pitch for start up funds.
Fajli Bibi, is a Philanthropist and business woman who has dedicated her life to making positive impact in the community; she broke the glass ceiling in the corporate world and transformed and led many public, private and voluntary sectors.
She is the Chair and Founder of the West Midlands Combined Authority’s Inclusive Leadership Ambassadors. She is an Executive Board Director of the Greater Birmingham’s Chamber of Commerce’s Asian Business Chambers of Commerce. She is the Vice-Chair of British Bangladeshi Business Club (3B Business Club). She is the Chair and Founding Trustee of Greets Green Community Enterprise and Development. She is the Presenter of Empowered Women Show and Managing Director of Faj Transformation Consultancy Ltd.
She was voted by the public and awarded the Midland’s Role Model of the Year Award for her outstanding contribution to businesses. She won Community Leadership Award and She is listed in Pride of Asia’s top 100 list.
